Rise Gymnastics Programme and Award Scheme is a modern take on our wonderful sport. The three phases of Discover, Explore and Excel make up the Rise Gymnastics programme and take gymnasts on a progressive journey, from their first steps into gymnastics all the way through to advanced skills.

The whole programme is supported by 'Rise Hub', providing a comprehensive portal to track the progress of gymnasts across the Rise Gymnastics Programme and Award Schemes.
